Deposit

  1. Select "Deposit" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to fund.
  3. In the "Deposit method" field, select "Visa / Mastercard", as well as the currency.
  4. Choose the desired deposit amount on "Credit to account" and click the "Deposit" button to continue. You will be redirected to the method webpage.
  5. Fill in the card details and click the "Pay" button.
  6. Approve the transaction by authorization code from your bank application or SMS.
  7. Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
  8. Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.

Withdrawal

  1. Select "Withdrawal" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from.
  3. In the "Withdrawal method" field, select "Visa/Mastercard", as well as the currency.
  4. Select your saved card or enter your PAN in the "Card number" field.
  5. Choose the desired withdrawal amount on "Sum to withdraw".
  6. Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
  7. A transaction summary will be displayed. Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action.
